As a UX Lead at ISG I research, plan, and architect the user experience design for websites, mobile apps, and web applications within the Operation Center and JDLink platforms.
My primary responsibilities include:
- Lead workshops/discussions with customers, identifying strategies for leveraging web
technologies in support of customers and business goals. - Map information architectures, defining key content/object types and relationships between them, building a bridge of understanding between business, visual design, and engineering disciplines.
- Design and develop wireframes, user flows, functional specifications, prototypes, and other representations to document and clarify that understanding.

As the Lead UI/UX Developer (designer) at Alfa Insurance I was responsible for interfacing on a daily basis with the business, project analysts and developers to create highly usable products. My key responsibility was the development of a new application that is used in the field (agents and customer services representatives) to access customer information from Guidewire and legacy systems. Introduced user-centered design thinking, UX philosophies and practices across teams and lines of business. I was responsible for all UI/UX deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, requirements, documentation, standards/style guides and usability testing.
