INTL FCStone wanted to create a completely new experience for its customers and internal staff – a portal of proportions that had never been built before. I was tasked with creating all elements of the site covering three primary user groups: customer, sales staff & support staff. You could say, one portal to rule them all.
The project included competitive analysis, user interviews, several rounds of in person and remote usability testing, feedback gathering via Getfeedback, wireframing, prototyping, style guide creation, quantitative research via analytics and more!
Site is completely responsive and built on the Salesforce Communities platform.
